Why doesn't Straight Talk allow software updates? If I pay for the phone I should be allowed %100 features for it. I know that update 5.0 is out. Help me out please. I am a long time customer...for now.

Hi Mikeyt86! My name is Straight Talk Jean. Please note that the operating system of our branded phones cannot be upgraded to a higher version, but it can receive software updates. The software updates for your phone would usually come from the phone’s manufacturer. Please check your Forum inbox for a private message.

This is a load of crock. They just want you to buy a new phone every year. I am done with their stupid games.
