overnight shipping

So I bought a phone off their website today before 3pm and got their over night shipping. After reading several ppls complaintz most say they don't receive their phones for 3 days. When I placed my order it said same day shipping if placed before 3. So in reality I should receive my phone tomorrow right? If not I'll be pissed!
