Same thing happened to me. I went to the web page and when I submitted the promo code I was sent to a page of nonsense characters. So I went online to the straight talk website, then it told me my code was already submitted! So I need help too. Thanks!

I thought that I submitted a reply already, but I don't know... I was sent an email for the holiday promotion today and when I went to the site and entered my info and promo code it said that my code was already redeemed... Any ideas? So far it seems that since I'm apparently not the only one with this problem maybe you guys need to reset the program and resend the emails...
