HELP, ZIP CODE

Hi. I have a huawei ascend plus and it has a few problems. I have had it for six months now and I called you guys but no luck. i have tried for a while. i am very upset. One of the ladies that i talked to said I could get a new one sent because the phone itself is not that great. anyways we had everything going, I think, and the only thing she needed is my service zip code. I have no idea what it is and we tried many zip codes and no luck. i live in the border between Oregon and Idaho. I live in Oregon but my number is and Idaho one. please help me figure this out. and can i get new phone?

i don't even care if my answer doesn't matter anymore due to how long ago this topic was made, but do you seriously not know your zip code?
the "service" prefix doesn't even matter, it's whatever zip code you use when sending/receiving mail.
