New Mobile Phone recommendations please!

I use Straight Talk service already but am in need of a new phone.

I have $100-$150 tops in my budget to spend on a new Straight Talk mobile phone.
I want a 4" large screen at minimum with a front taking photo option. I want Android (no IOS, iPhone).

I am not technology savvy and have run out of patience doing research on my own. Will some of you help lead me to make a good choice and give me your recommendations on which phone I should choose to purchase and from where I should buy it? Please, only helpful genuine and trustworthy feedback, OK?

Your request is pretty similar to mine. I tried a Samsung Galaxy Ace but it stopped texting and making calls, but email kept working. I originally wanted the Moto G, but they stopped offering that a while ago. Walmart stores don't have anything good in them. One other phone maker that caught my interest is BLU. Not offered in stores, so you have to take a leap of faith and order it online. They have some in that price range you mentioned.

I think I am going to purchase the Moto G from motorola directly. I'll get the sim card so I can try AT&T's towers versus Verizon. Oh, keep your old phone on standby so if you need to swap new phones, you can keep your number active. The process is not consumer friendly if you don't like a new phone.
