Will a unlocked (GSM) Iphone 5S work with straighttalk?

I have a iphone 4s with straighttalk (3G). And will I need a new sim from straighttalk and be able to keep the same number?

How about the 3G will I be switched to 4G LTE? Will i be stuck at 3G? This is the $45 unlimited/monthly.
