Phone Won't Activate

I have been trying to switch phone service to Net10 and now Straight Talk for days. I've been told to dial the same numbers every hour either *22890 or *22891. It's been 2 days and I still have no phone. I guess I traded customer service for lower monthly payments; but, I didn't realize I was also trading phone service. So far I have paid $90.00 in phone cards, $20.00 in Phone fee, $30.00 is access codes and $5.00 in a Sim card. I still have no phone that's working. I never should have given up my grandfathered unlimited data at Verizon. I have never had this much of a problem--ever, before. I regret getting started with any TracPhone company. Any suggestions before I cut my losses and go back to Verizon (after I've lost my unlimited data :().

Lyndsey, your response was Folder is 2% full. I have no idea what that means.

I need help to activate my phone or write off my losses and go back to Verizon.

I am trying to reactivate my old straight talk phone, bought a $45 phone card, tried to activate it online through my account and it said it should work, nothing all night long, called customer service this morning and after a couple resets the customer service rep says "here's your ticket number and call in 24 hours if it's still not working". What kind of customer service is this? Why not try and resolve the problem now? Especially since my phone is going to be used for work!
