This cracks me up. I don't understand why we have to make posts just to get customer support.

How many posts total do you have to make before you can receive a PM?.....And i try to submit and now I get an error message that says, "You cannot make another post so soon after your last."

Seriously? This is ridiculous! And yes, i've tried calling but no one is answering.
