It should definitely be a smaller post limit. All these forums have the same topics...everyone trying to get passed the 5 post rule. It's annoying.

I understand that you want to get activity on the forums and also have some kind of quality control of people who post, but i find myself having to "make stuff up" to post about that i really don't really care about just to get my minum 5 posts in. IMO this creates more spam and useless posts and not benefiting anyone.. Anyway, this is my 5th post
