these forums are ridiculous. if there were just answers, a lot of these questions wouldn't have to be asked.
instead of 'taking the problem offline' just post the solution so others can fix it without having to post 5 times, and waste time. I paid for service. there should be no reason why I don't have any, and i can't get help. I have called the help line and they just keep sending me to a automated recording that does not help at all. also no one on the help line speaks english so it makes it that much more difficult......
