I have been on the phone for 99 min. 6sec. talked to 4 different people (2 of them were supposedly supervisors) and I have got 4 different reasons why my discounts are not showing up. none of which were my fault and none of the people on the other end of the phone could fix the problem. They were running a promotion that ended on March 24, 2014. I called that day and spoke with a man he said is not to late to sign up for the promotion. So I signed up both of my accounts for auto enrollment. He said the disscount would not show up for first payment, but would show up each additional month after that. Today the third automatic payment came out and still no discount. To make this long story a little shorter I ended up with it not being fixed I will not be getting the disscount and I did everything I was suppose to do. They get their money every month but some how the disscount didn't go through.

The same thing happened to me. I got my new debit card and failed to contact Straight talk with the new expire date. I got an email from them and called within an hour of receiving the email to give them the new info. The young man I talked with assured me that he would update my info and resubmit the request for payment. And that there would be no lapse in service.

Well a couple of days later I tried to make a call and realized I didn't have service. I had to drive to my place of work to use the phone to call them since my cell is the only phone I have.

I was told that my service was deactivated because I did not pay. I told the lady on the phone everything that had happened and she was very uninterested and unwilling to help. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for a very long time. So I hung up.

I called back and had to go through the same explanation all over again after being refused to be transfered to a supervisor until I did. But this time the lady I was speaking to was willing to look at my account. She was able to see that I had called in the new info but the csr did not rerun the transaction as he said he would. So my account was canceled because of his mistake.

She was able to reactivate my phone and luckily my number was still attached to my account so I didn't have to change numbers. This was a big deal to me since I have had my number for 14 years. But I lost the auto pay discount. She said she was not able to reinstate the discount.

I had been on the phone with Straight Talk for over an hour at this point and was fed up and just said ok. But it has still bothered me that I lost my discount because of their error and they refused to reinstate it.

I purchased a new phone from them 3 months ago and am dealing with it constantly restarting. I pick it up - it restarts. I lay it down - it restarts. I press the button to wake it up - it restarts. Heaven forbid I have an emergency.

So I guess now I will be dealing with them on a defective phone.
