"No caller id"

"No caller id"

I've had Straight Talk for over two years now, but suddenly all incoming calls are being labled as "No Caller ID." I have restarted the phone, updated the profile and PRL, but still no caller id. Help!

I refilled my service too nd since then no caller id. I've already reset my phone nd still the same. Help pls.! What else can I do.?
