I didn't know about the discount. I think I signed up for autopay but I didn't notice a discount. Is this promo still active?

Generally, I am very pleased with this company except for problem below.
I was offered 2.50 auto refill discount upon activating my two phones in December 2012. I have a dated copy from website to prove this.
Of course, I signed up both my phones by clicking the link on ST website which said I would get the 2.50 auto refill discount. Additionally, I spoke to at least two manager who told me that I would be receiving $2.50 discount. My phone was mistakenly auto refilled today and surprise, surprise.... No 2.50 discount. I called and a Manager told me that I will not receive $2.50 discount on either of my phones because this promotion ended in September. I have proof that this offer was made to me on ST website in December.
I called and requested refund for unwarranted refill charge, but am very upset about ST not honoring offer made to me when I enrolled in autopay on their website. Please help. If ST website advertised this, shouldn't the company honor it?

I just signed up for service yesterday (auto refill) but did not see anything about a $2.50 discount.

Is that advertised somewhere or was it a limited promotion?

Hi Sophie.
Thank you for calling, but I could not get to the phone at that time. My husband, who picked up the phone and spoke with you briefly) said that you would be calling the next day at 1:30 pm but I did not receive a call.

Will you please tell me how to contact you?
