ok i just got this samsung touch and i have no signal at all one min i do the next i dont i have did everything they ask me 2 do i updated profile and the prl.....should i find another company im so confussed on what i should do.....im a new costumer of straight talk :?

my phone has 4 g and i have not been able to use that feature yet..i know verizon 4 g works here, so why cant i use my 4g through straight talk? :x

Hi angelaedwards. My name is Straight Talk Jany and I will be addressing your question. Straight Talk does not support 4G netwok, we only support 3G network as of this moment. Thanks.
