I bought a new phone last week and it included a VISA $30 gift card. When I opened the paperwork that shows how to redeem the card the Claim Code was blank, so it was useless. I emailed Straight Talk, but they don't seem to answer emails. Any ideas what to do? Looks like Straight Talk may have screwed me.
