Hi, blt50203. My name is StraightTalk Shelly and I will try to help you. Please check the phone's APN settings; it normally changes back to original settings after software update. Please update the APN settings with the Straight Talk values and make sure to delete the old one. Once done, restart your phone and try again. I hope it helps. Thank you.
