Assistance Required Immediately PLEASE

Bought the Alcatel One Touch Pixi Avion 4 G LTE mobile phone in Texarkana, Arkansas on December 1 2016. Total cost for phone, and service card including the $5 replacement fee ran right at $90 and some change.
I have had major issues with this phone since I purchased and activated it.
Upon charging the device, it IMMEDIATELY gets extremely hot to the touch.

It FREEZES continuously regardless of what I am doing

It goes into this reboot cycle any time I'm actually able to access any preinstalled application or if by chance i am successful in accessing play store and downloading anything.

I'm unable to use the camera, or view the photo gallery- it immediately freezes and reboots.

I'm aggravated beyond belief. Walmart refuses to take it back due to their 10 day return grace period being past the 10 day date..

I've called customer service whom says I've notpaid the $5 replacement fee when I know I darn well did.

I just want my phone fixed or a replacement of equal value
HELP!!!

Very nice stuff. Out of interest, what did you use for debugging? Ive been dabbling in UI modding as well but I cant get it to report any errors - makes it very hard to actually fix anything.
