Help with auto-refill discount

Hi,
I just enrolled my phone with the BYOP SIM card + 1 month service package purchased from Wallyworld.
After seeing the auto-refill promotion on your website, I also just enrolled this morning the auto-refill option for the following month going forward. However, I noticed my invoice did not reflect the $2.50 discount. When I called support to discuss, they stated the promotion ended weeks ago. I went back on the website to look for the promo details, but unable to located. What happened? I want in on this discount? I also wish for my invoice to be corrected as well. Thank you.
