I have been on the phone for 99 min. 6sec. talked to 4 different people (2 of them were supposedly supervisors) and I have got 4 different reasons why my discounts are not showing up. none of which were my fault and none of the people on the other end of the phone could fix the problem. They were running a promotion that ended on March 24, 2014. I called that day and spoke with a man he said is not to late to sign up for the promotion. So I signed up both of my accounts for auto enrollment. He said the disscount would not show up for first payment, but would show up each additional month after that. Today the third automatic payment came out and still no discount. To make this long story a little shorter I ended up with it not being fixed I will not be getting the disscount and I did everything I was suppose to do. They get their money every month but some how the disscount didn't go through.
