I purchased an unlimited plan on straighttalk.com at 01:57:47 on February 23rd, for my phone. The website shows that the payment was accepted, and the number of service days remaining appeared on my phone, but I have no service at all. When I try to make a call, the message says that my phone has been deactivated. I've talked to customer service three times on the customer service line, but each time the first person transferred me, I've sat on hold for almost an hour before hanging up. I've dialed *22890 several times, and that hasn't done anything. One thing that I think may be part of the problem is that I was enrolled in auto-refill, and when the payment date came up there were not enough funds in the account. This may have happened several times before my payment on the 23rd was finally accepted. Please activate my phone and, if possible, credit my balance with the service days I have missed. E-mailing the customer service has gotten no results.
