My wife and I purchased identical LG Optimus Dynamic phones from ST about two weeks ago. Mine has worked fine; she's had a couple of issues with hers. Last week, it abruptly crashed for no apparent reason but a power reset seemed to fix that issue. Beginning yesterday, her phone indicates that it has no data connection and will not connect to the internet at all, aside from WiFi networks (which we have limited access to right now). Mine is working perfectly and connects just fine with data, and I've reset every setting on hers that I can think of. I've disabled/enabled data, switched in and out of airplane mode, turned WiFi on and off. Nothing seems to work. Thinking the phone itself may just be defective. Any help / suggestions?
