no picture texts

I have not been able to send nor receive picture messages since I ported over a number from a different server. Prior to that, with a different number, everything was fine. I have spent an eternity on the phone with ST, but the problem is still not resolved. They gave me a phone number to an elevated tech. office, however it was the wrong number. Since then, I have not been able to contact them. (no response from email either)
Soooooo, does anyone have any suggestions? I'm convinced it's on their end as I have done several steps of 'troubleshooting' within my phone. (lg optimus q)
But, I'd love to hear other ideas... thanks for anyone's help.
