lg phone 420g

I have a new lg 420g phone and it keeps turning off.
The only way you can get it back on is by taking the
battery out and putting it back in

nothing it was sitting on the table the second time was last night
i got up this morning and it was off i took the battery out
put it back in and turned it back on then went to use it about
1 hour later and it had turned off again

Once we create a case for an exchange, we will send you a prepaid air bill and box which will take 3-5 days to receive. After you receive it, you'll have to ship your phone back to us using the air bill. Once we receive your defective phone, we will ship your phone, it will take again 3-5 days to receive it. There is no cost for the replacement phone.
