I have a LG220CM, and have lost the password for the voicemail. Can you tell me how to reset the voicemail, without knowing the old password?

DUPLICATE TO USE PM: Hello, Thursday I activated my refurbished Nokia E5 following the instructions for porting an old number. However, two days later I'm still getting a "sim card registration" failed message and my straighttalk account says the phone is inactive. It won't let me use my time card to try to reactive it and I'm not paying more money for it to fail again. Since I have no phone to call customer service, I would appreciate help from this forum. The sim number and that on the sim card match. I imported my number from my previous provider but it was originally a number from a different provider (straight talk, actually) so maybe that is the problem?

Post number five. Can someone PLEASE help me with my phone now? I tried to transfer my number to the new Straight Talk phone and now I don't have any phones and I am out $45 dollars for an unlimited card I can't use and can't return. If I don't have a working phone by 11:00 am tomorrow I will return the new phone to Wal=Mart and go with another company. you can be sure I will also Facebook, Tweet, text, and blog my experience with Straight Talk to everyone. I am currently unemployed so I have all the time in the world to visit every Wal-Mart within 100 miles, one a day, to spend the day telling people NOT TO BUY a Straight Talk phone.
