Others can't hear me.

Hello, I have recently just got a stylo 4 with you guys and almost every call the person I'm talking to cannot hear me. And when using ear buds with a microphone, they cannot hear me. I usually have 2 to 3 bars when this happens. I have only had the phone for a month.
