Only getting 1x on lg Stylo 4

I got this phone about a month ago has worked great but now suddenly stopped getting data and only connects to 1x. This is the same problem I had that led me to purchasing this new phone.

Hi Cam52391. I'm Straight Talk Larry. I'm very sorry that you're experiencing issues with your data. What we can do is check if the phone is properly provisioned in the system and help you with the troubleshooting. We need to take this issue offline so I can address it further. Please check your forum inbox for a message. Click on "New Messages" beside User Control Panel to view your forum inbox. You can use our self-service menu by simply texting the word HELP to 611611.
