Help fix phone or what to do signal loss and data

How do I get my LG premium Pro fixed without going to 24 more attempts of rebooting it and getting a new SIM card I just seen a signaling data that's all I mean I think it's a pretty simple request but I've been working on it since Sunday and in that's very discouraging I just bought the phone has been escalated to e r d and I've been hung up on by them several times I don't know what else to do other than change companies
