LG stylo3 dropping to 1X

Having problems with my phone dropping to 1X after I set it down. I can surf the web on 4G LTE and set it down for a couple seconds and boom straight to 1X. I have great signal here at my house and in the middle of town and it still does it. I switch it to airplane mode then back off and it'll pickup 4G again. This is seriously getting aggravating!
