LG transferring contacts

I transferred my contacts thru ST transfer wizard & only some of them transferred - how do I get the rest of them?? I don't understand why this happened? Any & all help appreciated!

Maybe Samsung Backup would be good choices. And both of them would help you backup android data including text messages, contacts, photos, videos, music, call logs and apps to your computer. But I strongly recommend the Samsung Backup to you because of its convenience.
How to transfer contacts from LG phone

If you want to transfer contacts from your LG to computer, you can use LG Data Manager program. It allows you to access to all contacts on LG after connecting it to computer via usb cable, and export them to computer.
