Cumberland Farms SmartPay Rewards Incompatible

Due to technical issues, SmartPay Rewards is not compatible with the Straight Talk Wireless network. SmartPay customers on the Straight Talk Wireless network service will not be able to participate in the SmartPay Rewards program.

What I contacted Straight-talk technical support, I was told this will NEVER happen because the "Rewards programs are incompatible." This makes no sense to me. Perhaps someone from Straight-talk technical support can provide a better explanation.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I suggest that the explanation be posted online so that it may benefit all Straight Talk users having difficulty using the Cumberland Farms Smartpay application.

Also, a second unrelated question:

Of all the brands , there are sub-forums only for Motorola, Samsung, LG, andsold by Straight Talk Nokia. What about Alcatel and the other brands sold by Straight Talk? If it is not appropriate to create an Alcatel sub-forum then can an "Other brand" sub-forum be created?
