LG repair thru tracfone vs. LG or Walmart

I have an only 2 mos old LG and a very minor drop (slipped out of my jean pocket from sitting position onto vinyl floor) SHATTERED the screen. Never had this kind of issue with any other phone, LG or other, and think it's a materials defect. Anyway, Walmart where I bought the phone tells me I have to contact LG because they replace only up to 1 month. LG tells me I have to contact tracfone because it's a tracfone and they can do nothing. Tracfone is not available. The website won't load. So what do/can I do if ever
ybody passes the bucket?
