Can't scroll to turn talk back back off

I have a LG SUNRISE. Today, I turned talk back on from the settings. Now, I can't get back to it to turn it off. Matter of fact, can't scroll at all. It's making me double press everything and anything that's below the main screen I cannot get to. This is very obnoxious and it acts as if it's a glitch. But can't use the phone now, please help.
