Having an issue with bootloop and i tried doing a hard reset however a program called killswitch is preventing me to do a reset .

Same situation here. Purchased a refurb phone and it got stuck in a bootloop after updating software.

I have the sunrise that is the lgl15g. I can't get it to even go into the screen boot loader . how can I get a hard reset on this. I forgot the pattern to it and it won't go past the lock screen now is there a way I can get around this please help thank you

I just cannot get mine to start boot loading to do a hard reset I have the Lgl16g and it won't hard reset for me please help.

I have a LG and the model is the LGL16 and I cannot get it to get to the bootloader to do a hard reset on it I've tried everything it won't work can you please help me? This phone has been stuck on a lock screen for a while I now have a newer Straight Talk phone but would like to have this one free in case this one breaks.

I too am looking for help with the stuck tracfone blue screen of death???? anybody out their have any answers????
