LG Sunrise LGL15G Front Camera?

I recently got the LG Sunrise, and i am to believe that it has a front facing camera, but i cannot get any of my apps, or even the standard camera app to detect its there.I cannot switch to it in any option in any app. Does the Sunrise even come with a front camera?

I recently got this sunrise. It has a spot for the reverse camera but I can't figure out how to use it. My old phone had a little icon to click to switch from front to back.
