LG Optimus Ultimate Mobile Network State Disconnected

I just posted this a few minutes ago:

I have an LG Optimus Ultimate. As of yesterday, I can no longer send/receive picture messages, or connect to the internet in any way, not through the browser, app store, and my apps that require data are not working either. In my settings it is telling me that my Mobile Network State is disconnected. Airplane mode is not on. Straight talk said they can not help me, because I do not have another phone number to call from other than the one I am having trouble with. Does anyone here have any idea how to fix this? Thank you in advance!

During my live online chat with a representative, it got disconnected while my phone was going through a factory reset, which DID NOT fix the issue. Any other ideas?

I too have the same problem...As of 4 days ago, when I tried to access the internet or play store APP on my LG optimus Ultimate 3G cell phone I get this message: “webpage not available, may be temp down or moved ". I cleared the cache, history, and cookies - verified my data settings is enabled - checked the APN settings – turned phone off/back on – took the battery out and then back, etc…still same message. I discovered I can no longer send/receive picture messages, or connect to the internet in any way, not through the browser, app store, and my apps that require data are not working either. In my settings it is telling me that my Mobile Network State is disconnected. I have even tried turning Airplane mode on and off… Straight talk sent message to contact them but I do not have another phone number to call from other than the one I am having trouble with. Does anyone here have any idea how to fix this? I don’t want to lose my data by trying a factory reset – and would that help anyway…? Thanks anyone...

I let my phone run out of air time and then a couple days later bought a 45 dollar phone card, when I refilled I instantly got service as in text and phone calling. However, no data connection whatsoever. It also says in my settings that my mobile network state is disconnected. Airplane mode is not on, my mobile data is checked on. Everything should be working so I don't understand. I even waited 24 hours for it to turn on. I had a similar problem before when I let my phone run out of air time but that time I had no service, no data, no texting, no phone calls. This time it's only the data. I've been searching about apn settings and nothing works. I turned off my phone and took out the battery and turned it on, nothing. I even went so far as to factory reset my phone nothing. I really don't want to spend hours on the phone again like last time just for them to say they can't do anything. So please help.

I have that same problem to... It started out as my phone getting really slow so i did a factory reset. I put the Apn settings in and reseted my phone but my pic messaging stopped working. So i waited a couple of days and it still wasnt working. I did a second factory reset and put in my Apn settings to try to fix the pic messaging problem but then it just got worse. Now i cant download apps on the playstore and my pic messaging still doesnt work. Please help i spent money on this phone and i dont want it to go to waist!
