TO ANSWER EVERYONES QUESTION SINCE THEY WONT DO IT HERE ON THE FORUMS:
IT'S NOT A FRONT FACING CAMERA....
It's the proximity sensor.

This phone DOES NOT come with a front facing camera.

Hopefully that will help someone else out and they won't have to dig forever for an answer like the rest of us did.
