Having the same issue. No problems before this morning, set it up to charge last night and now it gets the start up screen, button flashes rainbow colors, vibrates and shuts down.

I am having the same problem! Can someone please help me figure this out? I have done everything I can think of. Is the phone just broken?

I have also tried to get help with this issue through the official website, facebook and twitter. I tried live chatting with someone but no one ever helped me. It just kept saying someone would be with me shortly. And I just paid for service through the month of November!

SO many people seem to be having this same issue, can't you put something in the FAQ or post a solution here or something? I am currently waiting for the next available agent and still have not had this issue resolved. I am switch to a different phone or company, but I already paid for my service this month. It's very annoying.
