I just attempted to make a call. Received message "Your Phone Has Been Deactivated" for no apparent reason. Can someone please help?

Hi, looks like I'm the next in line....just started getting the "your phone has been deactivated" message even though I have auto-pay turned on. Is there anybody out there who can help?
