Was handed down an LG 220CM for work. Hasn't been used in over a year. Original owner doesn't know the email address used on it so she is unable to remove it from the account, so I'm unable to activate it myself as I keep getting the "This phone belongs to an account". I would like to know if anyone can remove the phone from the account.
On other thought, what is the difference between a LG 220C and a 220CM?

I am no longer able to receive calls on my phone. I can call out and send and receive texts. Called customer service, dialed *22890, turned phone off and back on, but still can't receive calls.
