I guess I'm in the same boat. However this is the 2nd time in about 3 weeks. I called support for the 1st time and it came down to doing a hard reset/reboot. I really don't want to do that again. I might have to get another phone since I need texting on a daily basis.

Please send me any info that might help...if it avoids a hard reset...

Phone will not send group txs as group, does all as individual? How do i fix this??
