did anyone get this resolved satisfactorily?
I have been deactivated for no apparent reason.

i have been enrolled in auto pay for 3 years now, and this morning my phone got deactivated! i look at my account and it says i'm not enrolled in auto pay!
this is ridiculous! i had n important phone call this morning and i couldn't make it because of this !
is this how you treat loyal customers???? i am really upset!

My phone will not send texts, will not let me use data, every time that I try and make a phone call it says that my phone has been deactivated. I go online and it says that my phone is active and the service end date isn't for another 2-3 weeks. I have used my friend's phone numerous times to get this issue resolved and straight talk is not being helpful, I am highly frustrated, I have been without a phone for a few days now. If this issue is not resolved within the next few days I will be taking my business to another company.

I'm also experiencing the same problem. Based on my account, it's been been paid but my phone is still being deactivated. HELP!
