Was handed down an LG 220CM for work. Hasn't been used in over a year. Original owner doesn't know the email address used on it so she is unable to remove it from the account, so I'm unable to activate it myself as I keep getting the "This phone belongs to an account". I would like to know if anyone can remove the phone from the account.

On other thought, what is the difference between a LG 220C and a 220CM?
