LG Optimus Ultimate Mobile Network State Disconnected

Ive let it ride for a couple days, but my Optimus Ultimate will not connect to the internet or apps. Calls and text fine just no internet or apps. Im paying for internet and apps. What did those that have previously had this problem have to do to get it resolved?

No it finally showed up- was a link to a scripted chat session thats as helpful as a case of the clap!!!!

I just bought a brand new LG Optimus Ultimate LG96G 4.0.3 and am unable to access anything online via 3G. It will only connect if I am using wireless. As well, I am able to send texts, but unable to send/receive pics. Please advise. Thanks!

I am having the same problem with my LG Optimus Fuel, it says No mobile network yet I can still use WiFi but can't make or receive calls or texts. Please help me?
