I have an LG G5. It was working fine then suddenly I have no service (talk, text, or data)...
The CSR on ST chat was less than helpful.. someone messed up my SiM information (i have had the same sim for years and number) in their system so now they have my automatic payment and i do not have service...

Thanks. I chatted with Wendy. She said something completely different from what the ST CSR said. He said I needed a new sim bc the one he saw did not match the one that i have had in my phone this whole time... she said the sim is fine and there is a tower down... if i go across the state line i should have service.
