1110 Secure boot Error Cause: boot certification verify

I have an LG phone but I don't know what kind it is. All I know that it is a LGL34C the model number. I'm having problems with this error that just happened this evening. I tried holding the power button and the volume down button. I also tried holding the power button while holding the up button and still nothing. I have also tried holding the home button, the volume up button, and the power button and still nothing. The battery is charged and I also have the battery out, too. When I turn on the phone with the power button that error pops up and it also buzzes. It keeps popping on and off. Is there any way I can get help to have this problem fixed. I have used google to find the problem but got nowhere. I need some help to fix this issue. I have not had a problem with LG phones before.
