LG Treasure service acting up

Been a loyal ST customer for years. I have an LG Treasure and up until recently it's worked perfectly. Within the past 2-3 weeks however, there has been some issues with the service. It started out with when I tried to make a call (from my contact list I use frequently) I get a message saying "Welcome to Verizon wireless. The number you called cannot be completed as dialed". I have to redial 1 or 2 more times just to get through, which I've noticed takes around 16 seconds from dialing just to start ringing. Now my calls have been getting dropped, cut off just as the person on the other end has answered, and just recently I was told that my phone was unreachable when people have been trying to call me (not dialing, etc.). I always keep my service active and have never had this happen before. I don't want to switch cell phone providers, but if this can't/won't be fixed I will take my business elsewhere.
