LGL86C Will Not Receive Texts

I have had nothing but problems from the start, but lets stick with what my current issue for now. I cannot send or receive texts, nor can I receive calls. However I can call out. My prepaid balance is all at zero despite me having purchased a $30 service card with activation. I'm tired of calling your reps.

I have the same problem as the original poster. I can send texts no problem but I can only recieve them when I am actually calling someone, as soon as the call cones through messages come through as well. What Ive done to try to fix this problem is
1. Call customer service (not much help since I dont have an alternative phone)
2. Restart my phone (with and without the battery in)
3. Go through the settings and apn networks
4.factory reset my phone
5. Texts myself (no help)
Now the only thing I can attribute to this problem is the fact that it literally started as soon as I repaid my bill for the month.
Ps friend of mine thinks it might be a syncing problem
