I suddenly lost my data access yesterday while trying to use my Navigation app, not the best timing! Since my arrival home, 2hrs later than it should've taken, I've been trying to figure out what happened. I have come to the conclusion, after many hours of Troubleshooting, several futile phone calls, online research and a Factory Reset of my phone, that my data was cut off for usage. I am trying to determine 1. If that is in fact correct? 2. Why did I not receive Any notification indicating a problem? 3. What can be done to restore my service? I have 2 weeks left before my service date. Waiting that long is not acceptable.
