My samsung sgh t528g is frozen on the blue screen

Hello,
Recently my phone started acting weird. It was working fine the other night.It went dead and so I plugged it up, but it wouldn't even charge correctly as usual. Every time I turn it on. It freezes on the blue screen. I took the battery out and the SIM card, but it still isn't working.

My phone is acting the SAME WAY!!! please help!! It only goes to the blue screen and nothing more. Please I need my phone to work.
