Samsung Galaxy S2 from Straight Talk

Having problem connecting to my mac or PC. Using mac OS x version 10.7.3 on pc vista.
Samsung software is the latest Kies ,usb drive and original cable.
Contacted Samsung ,tracfone, Satraight Talk.Downloaded, uninstalled, factory reset phone and software several times with no success.
Anyone having same issues?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I tried on windows vista also same problem. The pc and my MAC can see the phone like a drive so detects the connection. The problem is between the Samsung Kies software and Phone.Do not communicate.Therefor cannot load unload files ringtones pictures etc from the computer to the phone using usb cable.Samsung refused help stating that they have NO CONTRACT TO SUPPORT SAMSUNG PHONES SOLD TRUE STRAIGHT TALK.

Your agents are not competent .Talked to one minutes ago . Have no clue about the product.
